About
I like workflows more than demos.
I advise leadership teams on AI, automation, and systems: what to adopt, what to skip, and how to govern what is already happening in the building.
The position I keep arriving at is this: most AI failures are not model failures. They are workflow failures - pilots aimed at processes nobody mapped, tools bought before boundaries were drawn, and enthusiasm asked to do the work of ownership. So my work starts with workflows: quote handling, proposal production, intake, approvals, reporting. The unglamorous processes where hours actually live.
Over the past decade, I have worked across enterprise systems, commerce, and operations-heavy environments. I bring a computer science foundation, an MBA lens on ROI, and a bias toward practical decisions that survive contact with the real business.
Foundation
Computer science and systems experience.
Decision lens
ROI first. No architecture trophy projects.
Bias
Practical operating rules that teams can actually follow.
Two things I run, deliberately separated: this practice, which is advisory - briefings, strategy sessions, workshops, retainers - and Consult Mosaic, an implementation firm for B2B commerce and workflow automation. The separation keeps the advice honest. Nothing I recommend here depends on selling you a build. When something should be built, you'll hear the case, and you can build it with anyone.
What I will not do: hype keynotes, vendor-sponsored recommendations, or pilots designed to be un-killable. If AI is not the answer to your problem, that is the deliverable.
